Today’s Task

Raw Grit will make you sweat, but it will not get you out of breath. This is a strength-building workout. Focus on technique. Make sure your form is as perfect as you can make it each time and maintain quality of execution throughout the workout. Add EC, it will test you further. 

Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
